Nat Geo Greenlights IPC Limited Series, “1989: The Year That Made the Modern World“

The 1989 mini will explore the most consequential events of 1989 touching on the tabloid news culture, the birth of the Internet and the corporatization of the media industry. National Geographic Studios is producing in association with the Intellectual Property Corporation for Nat Geo, with IPC’s Aaron Saidman, Eli Holzman and Rory Karpf executive producing with Nat Geo Studios’ Brian Lovett.
