True Life: I Want to Fight ISIS will premiere October 25th, 2016, True Life: I Am An Adult Baby will premiere October 26th, 2016 and True Life: We Are Transitioning will premiere November 16th, 2016 on MTV.

IPC’s episodes include True Life: I Want to Fight ISIS, True Life: I Am An Adult Baby, and True Life: We Are Transitioning. All three episodes are featured heavily in MTV’s trailer for the upcoming season.

PactUS has appointed an inaugural executive board of directors representing a cross-section of its 30-plus member companies. IPC Television CEO Eli Holzman will serve as chairman of the inaugural board. Members of the board include All3Media America’s CEO, Gregory Lipstone; Endemol Shine’s COO, Ben Samek; Propagate Content’s founder and co-CEO, Howard Owens; and John Pollak, Electus International’s president of global distribution. The board represents the mid- and large-sized American production outfits to have joined the U.S. outpost of the British trade body – formed in January 2015 during the Realscreen Summit – with the aim of representing the commercial interests of American producers. Former National Geographic Channels CEO David Lyle joined as president last May.

IM Global Television will handle original international sales, co-productions, format and finished tape sales of IPC’s projects. IPC develops and produces TV, film, documentaries and interactive mobile content in partnership with broadcast and cable networks, as well as movie studios in the U.S. and international markets. This is IM Global Television’s first output deal in unscripted television.

US producer and distributor IM Global Television has agreed to its first unscripted TV output deal, linking up with prolific LA-based production company The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC). IM Global will handle original international, coproduction, format and finished tape sales for projects from IPC, which was founded in 2015 by its CEO Eli Holzman (Undercover Boss, Project Greenlight) and president Aaron Saidman (Undercover Boss, The Seven Five).

Former All3Media America CEO Eli Holzman is launching a TV, feature-film and movie content company backed by former on-screen Undercover Bosses. Holzman has partnered with long-time producing partner Aaron Saidman to launch The Intellectual Property Corporation (IPC).
Holzman will lead The Intellectual Property Corporation with long-time producing partner Aaron Saidman.
Based in Culver City, IPC plans to focus on unscripted formats and series, high-end documentary series, limited series and doc features, mobile content, for which it has raised designated financing, as well as feature films and scripted TV series based on properties from the company’s doc portfolio — all for the US and international markets. “There has never been a more exciting time to be a content creator,” said Holzman. “There are more buyers than ever before, more ways to reach the audience, and an almost limitless array of options to finance quality intellectual property.”
