The Seven Five examines the case of Michael Dowd, a corrupt Brooklyn cop who became dirtier than the drug dealers he was supposed to be policing. It tells the story of how he and his partner committed a long list of crimes, including running their own cocaine ring, while on the job in the 1980s and early ’90s.
